Supplier invoices, sorted before they reach your desk.
Invoices are read, matched to your supplier list and sent where you’ve chosen. Anything it can’t handle goes to a person.
Most of the work happens before an invoice can be processed.
Supplier emails arrive in your accounts inbox as they do today: photos from site, invoices sent through accounting software, statements, forwards of forwards.
Every attachment, identified.
Each document is worked out as an invoice, a statement, a delivery docket or something else. Statements go to their own folder. Only invoices carry on.
Read, then matched to your supplier list.
The supplier, invoice number, date, total and tax are read. The supplier is matched against your own list, even when the name is written differently or the invoice came through accounting software.
The same invoice, sent twice.
A repeat is recognised even when the supplier name or invoice number is formatted differently. It’s logged, and it isn’t sent on a second time.
Sent where you’ve chosen.
Each matched invoice goes, with its original attachment, to the destination set for that supplier: an approval workflow in your AP tool, a person, or a category inbox.
Anything it can’t handle goes to a person.
An invoice from a supplier that isn’t on your list moves to Needs attention. Someone on your team decides what happens next. Approving and paying stays with you.
Every document, on the record.
Each document and its outcome is recorded, so you can see what happened to any invoice. The inbox clears itself as the work is done.

What finance teams ask first.
Does it work with our email?
It’s built on Microsoft 365, Outlook and Gmail. Using something else? It’s adapted to your email provider when it’s set up.
Will it work with our accounting software?
It doesn’t post into your accounting software. It sends each invoice to the AP tool, workflow or inbox you already use, which does that.
Does it approve or pay invoices?
No. Approval and payment stay with your team. An approval step can be scoped separately if you want one.
What happens when it can’t handle something?
It moves to a Needs attention folder for a person. Unknown suppliers and failed destinations go there today, and you can add your own reasons during setup.
What if one email has several invoices?
The main invoice is processed and the others are logged for a person to handle.
Do we need a new app?
No. Your team keeps working in the inbox they already use.
How much does it cost?
You get a fixed-price proposal after the first call. Build time depends on how many inboxes you have and the software you use.
